porous porosity caused by the collapse of pseudo keyholes at the
end of spot welding seams.
Semiconductor lasers can form keyhole effects during continuous
welding and have strong penetration ability.
During continuous thermal conductivity welding, the welding process
is stable, the surface is smooth, the shape is beautiful, and the
weld section is semi circular, which can achieve the welding of
metal sheet structural components (butt welding, lap welding,
fillet welding, etc.), and the weld width can reach 3.5mm; During
continuous deep penetration welding, the welding process is stable,
free of spatter, and the weld cross-section is Y-shaped. The
